Double dry-hopped to give a unique flavor profile and color. The addition of hops during fermentation produces a noticeable haze. New England IPA’s are a craze in the craft beer scene. We made a Memphis version of a Haze Craze beer. Hops include Columbus, Centennial, and a very large portion of Citra! Cheers hopheads!
